The Omega of Charlotte Rental Facility serves the Charlotte and surrounding communities with a community facility less than 10 minutes from the downtown Charlotte area equipped to host meetings, social events, and conferences.

Our History

 

The Omega Of Charlotte (OOCRF) Rental Facility was opened for business to the public on March 27th, 1977.

 

Our Facility has been servicing the community for over 40 years at the Statesville Location.  The OOCRF contains approximately 2,800 square feet of office space, including and open conference room and private smaller conference room and a kitchen preparation area for catered events. The OOCRF is the perfect place to host a variety of events including business retreats, community gatherings, and training.
 
Our space can accommodate 100-200 people, has extensive audiovisual capabilities, TVs, and multiple conference rooms. The center offers a variety of business offices, meeting rooms, and social areas. History has it that the city of Charlotte and the County of Mecklenburg felt the impact of Omegas of Charlotte Facility from day one and as a result, has become the rich and glorious environment that we now enjoy.

Purpose

 

To maintain and manage the Omega of Charlotte Rental Facility (OOCRF); to execute community-based programs; and provide rental space for business meetings and social events for individuals and organizations in the Charlotte Mecklenburg community.
